Belena Air Stretch

The Belena Air Stretch Massage Mat provides yoga-inspired stretching for the shoulders, back and neck. Massage comes in many forms including vibrational therapy and physical manipulation, with the intention to relax tissues and joints. Gentle stretching massages can assist with this relaxation process resulting in increased circulation, improved range of movement and reduced fascia tension. A Heat option is included to further support tissue relaxation and circulation.

Before First Use

Please note that there is a User weight limit of 160kg. The recommended maximum time per session is 30 minutes with a minimum break of 1 hour between sessions. Ideally sessions should be limited to 3 per day.

For Best Results

Follow the Instructions in the Manual for Preparing the Mat. Place it on a flat solid surface so that the Air Chambers can inflate correctly. A mattress is not suitable. If using on a floor it is appropriate to place a blanket or yoga-style mat underneath as an underlay. Familiarise yourself with the 4 different programs so you can select the most appropriate program for any session. You can also isolate a body area using the PART selection on the Remote.

Tips

Wear comfortable, breathable, close-fitting clothing during use. Remove shoes and all jewellery.

Place your buttocks as close as possible to the Height Adjuster Pump at the foot of the mat. Then place the Headboard/support pillow as suits. It is possible that you will only find the optimal body position after you have started the program. In this case once your preferred position is found then restart the program.

The program can be interrupted at any point using the Remote by either pressing the Pause button or turning Off.

Cleaning

Use a soft cloth, with a little mild cleaning fluid added if necessary, to wipe the product surface and control panel. Do not use corrosive cleaners. Do not entirely immerse in water or other liquids when cleaning.
