How to Use
1. Detach Adjustable Straps from both sides of X Back.
2. Place X Back on your waist with the Center of the bottom edge on your Lower Back/Lumbar area.
3. Secure to your waist with Right-side belt-strap overlapping the Left end.
4. Take Adjustable Strap ends and gently pull forward.
5. Secure Adjustable straps against surface of the Back belt-straps.
Note
This product may contain Natural Rubber Latex which may cause allergic reactions. Do not use this product if you are or may be allergic to rubber latex.
Cleaning
Remove the Alloy spine-support then Hand Wash in cold water with mild soap. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue then air-dry. Do Not Tumble Dry. Ensure it is completely dry before next use.
