Delivery and Pick Up Update

Australia Post- Effective Immediately
To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading Coronavirus virus, people who make deliveries will be asking you the following questions if you are at home:
1. Are you unwell and if so, have you been or do you have any reason to suspect that you've been exposed to someone diagnosed with or suspected to have the Coronavirus?
2. Are you in self-isolation due to having had contact with someone with suspected or diagnosed Coronavirus or travelled through mainland China, Iran, Italy or Republic of Korea?
If you answer yes, we will ask you to stay inside and leave the parcel on the front door for you to collect once our driver has left.

Direct Freight Express- Effective Immediately
1. Drivers are required to attempt and maintain, wherever practicable, a minimum safe distance of 1.5m when delivering and collecting parcels.
2.They will no longer be required to present the electronic mobile device to attain an electronic signature.
      i.They will attain acknowledgment of the responsible person’s name receipting the delivery.
      ii.The device will be signed by our driver using a unique identification number on behalf of the recipient.
      iii.For the security of our customers, the event is geocoded, date and time stamped.

SNAPES Logistics
All delivery suspended until further notice. SNAPES is looking for substitute delivery partners to deliver items that are stock in hand currently.

PFM Logistics
1. PFM ask when delivering, installing or un-installing that the customer give the driver/ installer some space where possible please.
2. When customers are signing the PDA, drivers will take a photo and send to PFM Head office.
3. PFM are trying to limit contact as much as possible and confirm they have no cases of Corona Virus Internally.
