The iWalk has 6 Pre-set Programs which are detailed
in the Manual. Each Program is divided in to 20 equal segments with
each segment being a variation in speed Up or Down. They
have a minimum time of 5 minutes and a maximum of 30 minutes, whatever time is
selected will be divided equally over the 20 segments. In addition there is a
booklet supplied of alternative Training programs that you can try,
using the iWalk in Manual mode.
