A: The second free unit of your purchase will be automatically added after your order is confirmed. Kindly refer to the confirmation email that you will receive. If the email does not show the second free item, kindly contact us on the below email with your order number.
Q: Discount code doesn't work?
A: All offer codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs and are subject to our general Terms and Conditions. The offer code must be entered in to the Discount Code field on the basket page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order. Only one offer can be applied to any order.
