Q: When will my order get shipped?
A: If an order is placed and payment is done by any of the below modes, the order will only be shipped out once the payment is processed.
Cheque – Once the cheque is received it can take up to 10 business days for the cheque to clear.
Note: Please make sure to mention the order number at the back side of the cheque provided by the sales agent after placing the order.
Direct Bank Credit – Payments made with correct order reference can take up to 3 business days to be processed and allocated to order.

Q: I have returned the product, when will I get the refund?
A: Below are the time frame for refund which depends on what payment method was used during the purchase.
Cheque – Once cheque for refund is processed at our end it can take up to 21 business days for the cheque to be received your end.
Direct Bank Credit – Once refund is processed via Direct Bank Credit it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect at your end.

Q: I want a refund direct in my bank account?
A: We will need a copy of your bank stub/statement (just the top part) that shows the account holder details to process any refund. This is required to ensure that your refund goes into the correct account. Below is an example of a bank stub/statement-
