Introducing the
The PowerFit Compact uses the principle of whole-body vibrations to stimulate your muscles via the nervous system. Muscle spindles are activated in response to the rapid changes in direction created by the vibrating platform. This replicates the changes in direction from left to right you experience whether walking, jogging or running except that the vibration plate can stimulate up to 50 involuntary muscle contractions per second when using the highest Intensity level.
Exercising on the PowerFit will add these involuntary contractions to the muscle contractions required for each exercise thus adding extra calorie-burning potential to your work-out.
Vibrational therapy is also used to relax muscles. Use the PowerFit Compact at lower intensities while sitting to massage feet or tired legs etc.
Before First Use
Read your Manual to fully understand the options available e.g., Manual use or a pre-Programmed Workout.
When placing it on a hard floor check that the surface is clean and free of any cleaning fluids that could damage the rubber feet. We recommend a thin mat be placed underneath to protect your floor.
For Best Results
Start at a low Intensity to accustom your body to the vibration sensation and then increase as your body adapts.

Cleaning
Wipe the external surfaces with a damp cloth. Do not use solvents or harsh cleaners on the standing platform as they could damage the surface.
