Introducing the
SlixPilates ReformerThe SlixPilates™ is a proven exercise system focusing on core strength, form, and correct muscle engagement to provide full body training. The SlixPilates™ is also a fantastic system to aid in recovery from injury and help to alleviate pain naturally.
Please read the Instructions in your Manual before using your Slix Pilates Reformer for the first time. The SlixPilates Reformer requires some assembly, and the steps are included in the Manual. For your reference these are summarised as follows. Suitable tools are provided.
AssemblyStep 1 – Connect the Front and Rear frames.
Step 2 – Insert the 6 Adjustable legs with locking pins.
Step 3 – Place the SlixPilates Reformer on its feet and insert the Adjustable Pulley Risers.
Step 4 – Insert the ropes through the Pulleys and attach through the Rope Adjustment Tubes.
Step 5 – Insert the Foam Support Pads.
Step 6 – Insert either the Foot Bar Accessory or the Jumpboard.
After selecting the Resistance level using the installed Bungee Cords your SlixPilates Reformer is ready for use.
OperationAlthough you may already have experience with using a reformer your Manual includes Basic Starting Exercises which are recommended to become familiar with the equipment. Below are links to the nine
Workout videos you can follow. They offer a mix of area-specific workouts and full-body workouts plus a HIIT workout.
To help achieve a weight-loss or calorie burn outcome you will also find below a Meal Plan that includes delicious recipes that are simple to prepare.
Maintenance & CleaningYour SlixPilates Reformer requires minimal maintenance. Keep the frame free of dust and dirt to enable smooth movement of the platform. The upholstery should be wiped down after use with a damp cloth that can contain a mild soap solution if necessary. Release all the bungee cords when the equipment Is not in use.
