StoneDine Hybrid Cookware

Introducing the

StoneDine Hybrid Cookware

StoneDine Hybrid combines the resilience of stainless steel with the even heating and weight reduction of aluminium in a triple layer construction. Its durability, excellent heat retention, ability to achieve a great sear, and versatility across various cooking methods make it a top choice for everyday use when cared for properly. At the same time steel utensils, such as the Chefs Food Turner, are recommended as they are ideal for cooking as well as cleaning off food debris afterwards.

Before First Use
The top stainless-steel layer is laser-etched and infilled with a non-stick coating to make it suitable for less experienced cooks to use. The laser-etching leaves a raised pattern which is ideal for searing and ensures your food is not sitting in its juices. We recommend seasoning the cooking surface before first use. Simply clean the pan using warm, soapy water and then dry thoroughly. Next place over medium-low heat and lightly coat the pan with cooking oil. Heat the pan over medium-low heat for approximately 2-3 minutes and now everything is ready to go. Thereafter the performance of your pan will continue to improve over the first few weeks of regular use, enhancing its cooking capabilities

For Best Results lower the temperature

With StoneDine Hybrid Cookware, cooking on high heat is rarely necessary. The non-stick hybrid stainless surface heats up faster and distributes heat more evenly, allowing you to achieve the same results at lower temperatures. Since sticking typically happens at high heat, we recommend the following tips for the best cooking experience.

Use Low heat for eggs (Level 1of 5), Medium-Low Heat (Level 3 of 5) for normal cooking and Medium-High Heat (Level 4 of 5) for searing.

Cooking Tips
For sticky items like eggs and egg whites, cook on low heat with a small amount of butter, oil, or cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Preheat your pan before adding ingredients including cooking oil. Place the pan on low-medium heat. After 1-2 minutes, sprinkle a few drops of water onto the surface. If the water sizzles and forms tiny droplets, the pan is ready. If the water evaporates immediately, allow the pan to cool slightly before continuing.

StoneDine Hybrid Cookware is oven safe for up to 260°C. Always use potholders when removing cookware from the oven. They are suitable for all cook tops including Induction.

Whilst steel utensils are suitable for the StoneDine Hybrid Cookware we don’t recommend cutting with knives in the pan. The cutting motion has the potential to damage the raised pattern as well as the non-stick coating which will affect the searing performance.

Cleaning
For everyday cleaning of light stains and grease simply wipe out with a paper towel or use warm soapy water and a soft scrub sponge to wash then rinse. If short on time, then scrape out any cooking debris with the Chef’s Food Turner and pop the pan in the dishwasher.

For tougher stains or stuck-on food we recommend the Chef’s Food Turner as it has radius corners and a flat, straight edge designed especially for the StoneDine Hybrid cookware. This design is ideal for scraping food residue from the cooking surface, then wash with some dishwashing powder and a soft scrub sponge. Alternatively create a natural cleaning solution by adding a tablespoon of baking soda to approx. 2 cm of water in the pan and simmer for 5 – 10 minutes. Then let it sit for a few hours or overnight before rinsing clean and wiping out with a paper towel, equally once rinsed pop it into the dishwasher for a complete clean.

Avoid using steel wool or abrasive scrubbers on the cooking surface, always stick to Scotch-Brite sponges from their Non-Scratch range. Steel wool or abrasive scrubbers are only suitable for the outside of your StoneDine Hybrid Cookware.
